L'Eroica Gaiole in Chianti

One October weekend in Tuscany, I met up with friends to take part in the vintage cycling event L’Eroica. We got up at the crack of dawn to tackle the Hundred Route Val d’Arbia. Thousands of cyclists were out to have a good time, and it was glorious to be out on the strade bianche on my beautiful steel racing bike. What a beautiful way to gather, and experience the region!
