I had a light-ish work load, a few catch-up calls with friends, and a beautiful Emotions at Work alumni session on emotional regulation. Otherwise stayed home, mostly in bed with a weird, stomach upset. Back at 90% as of Sunday, thankfully.

I dipped in to a few chapters of Peter Block’s “ The Answer to How Is Yes ”, which I reach for from time to time. And listening to Amber Ruffin and her sister Lacey Lamar’s “ You’ll Never Believe What Happened to Lacey: Crazy Stories about Racism ”.
